Eric Robert Loos
Eric is responsible for the functional design of the M&A
products. Eric began his system software career with Pansophic
Systems, progressed through a variety of jobs culminating
with a two-year European assignment. Mr. Loos acted as
a key intermediary in the acquisition of a German software
product during his tenure in Europe. Upon his return from
Europe, Eric founded Fusion Products International in
1981, a system software company focused on the mid-range
market. After selling products in over 50 countries, Fusion
was ranked the 37th fastest growing private US company
by Inc. Magazine. Venture capital investors in Mr. Loos's
company included Greylock and TA Associates. Pansophic
Systems (ex-NYSE: PNS) acquired Fusion and Eric returned
to Pansophic headquarters to focus on International Sales
Support. Pansophic International sales grew at a 40%+
rate for the next 3 years culminating in a $100MM run
rate when Pansophic Systems was acquired by Computer Associates
(NYSE: CA). He was most recently CEO of Diversified Data
Resources, a system software company focused on Fortune
1000 clients operating large, highly interactive data
centers. Clients included Bank of America, VISA, American
Express, Federal Express, Marriott, Worldspan and Qantas
Airlines. Eric studied Engineering at the University of
Colorado and has a Finance Degree from Northern Illinois
University. He has served technology companies in a variety
of positions including finance (CFO), marketing (Director
of Product Marketing), sales (VP International), R&D

Dr. Christophe Meneau
Dr. Meneau has been at the forefront of the digital imaging
revolution with over 25 years experience in management
and development of software projects. He is the author
of numerous software products including Windform, Scan&Type,
Formscan, Formeasy and Datagold. He also authored and
developed several e-commerce websites. Dr. Meneau assisted
with Quantum's divestiture of their hard drive business
(ex-NYSE: HDD) to Maxtor (NYSE: MXT). Past projects include
implementing office automation sytems for American Family
Insurance, US Navy, and Bank of America. He designed a
voucher system for travel agents on behalf of the American
Airline Sabre reservation system. Christophe has received
his Masters Degree in Mathematics and received his Ph.

Linda Bizzarri Abbett
Ms. Abbett has been involved in the financial analysis
of various operations and transactions for over twenty
years. She began her career as an Auditor for Peat Marwick
in New York City, continuing through a number of financial
planning jobs at International Paper and Morton Chemical.
She returned to KPMG Peat Marwick as a Management Consultant
in the mid-1980's and started a Corporate Finance Consulting
practice. She focused on corporate acquisitions, business
valuations, and strategic analysis and set up an M&A
practice for KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco. Special
projects include due diligence of a division of Baxtor
Travenol Laboratories, the due diligence of the Covia
computer reservation system for Morgan Stanley and the
valuation of MCA assets on behalf of the Matsushita Electric
Co., Inc. Linda designed and instructed a popular due
diligence course that focused on financial and marketing
analysis. Ms. Abbett earned her undergraduate degree from
the Ohio State University and obtained an MBA from the
Unversity of Chicago and a Masters degree in taxation
